OMEGA 3-6-9 is a blend of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from the most valuable natural sources. OMEGA 3-6-9 contains essential fatty acids (EFA) from omega-3 and omega-6 families, which body cannot synthesize and must be supplied in the daily diet.
